This project involved the complete renovation of a five-storey residential building in Ilioupoli, including façade redesign, the reconfiguration of the apartment layouts, and the conversion of a rooftop utility room into a compact residence. On each typical floor, two differently sized apartments were reconfigured into two equal-sized units. The apartment presented here is one of the building's typical residential units, designed with custom-built elements and a contemporary material palette.
